Answering the high demand for a long PELI™ Air case, Peli Products, the global leader in the design and manufacture of high-impact protective cases and advanced portable lighting, has introduced the PELI™ Air 1745 Long Case.
Now pro-users can protect their long equipment in a case line that is up to 40% lighter than other polymer cases, minimising additional travel costs. The 1745 PELI Air Case (Interior: 111,8 x 42,6 x 20,2 cm) boasts more than 3,8m2, making it the deepest PELI long case. It was especificaly designed to protect all manner of long equipment, like surveying equipment, camera tripods and archery bows, in the harshest environments. It is also the first PELI™ Air case to feature extremely robust Press and Pull latches that lock automatically, but open with a light touch.
“Since we introduced the PELI Air series over two years ago, customers have demanded a long form factor in the PELI Air case line,” said Pavel Levshin, Product Marketing Manager EMEA. “We heard their feedback and, in response, are pleased to introduce an extraordinarily tough and lightweight long case worthy of the PELI name.”
The 1745 Air case features an automatic purge valve, super-light proprietary HPX²™ Polymer, quiet rolling stainless-steel bearing wheels for ease of transport and a watertight O-ring gasket. This case passes the same performance tests (impact, drop, submersion, high and low temperature) endured by other PELI case lines, ensuring that PELI users can have 100% confidence in its protection. It is backed by the company’s legendary lifetime guarantee of excellence (where applicable by law).
The PELI™ Air 1745 Long Case is available in two configurations - PELI’s classic Pick N’ Pluck™ Foam or with No Foam. With the addition of the 1745, the PELI Air Case line expands to 11 different case sizes. With lightness built into every facet of the design without compromising PELI’s renowned durability, PELI Air Cases are the lightest protective cases on the market today.
